Role Summary iTeach Schools is continuing its quest for high-quality education by expanding into primary schools in the Navi Mumbai and Panvel regions in 2026-27. We are seeking a primary school specialist to lead the curriculum, assessments, and training design and delivery. We are looking for someone who has a passion for and teaching experience with working in early grades, and who is keen to work on network-level design and implementation of academic programs for this key learning stage. They will deliver on these priorities as a part of the Curriculum, Assessments, and Training (CAT) team. Responsibilities Curriculum and Assessment Design and Delivery • Oversee the curation and creation of an early grades curriculum for iTeach schools. • Organise teaching and learning materials so as to enable seamless usage across schools. • Collect periodic feedback on the effectiveness of the curriculum, and make strategic improvements in it. • Oversee the central assessment design and release process for Grades 1 to 4 across two cycles each academic year. Teacher Training and Development • Successfully co-execute (along with the CAT team) the All Staff Induction team in Mumbai to deliver a high-impact beginning-of-year boot camp for all staff. • Lead the new teacher training program, Dare to Teach, customised for Grade 1 to 4 teachers. • Design a menu of pedagogy workshops and deliver them in-person and virtually, on a need-basis, across schools. • Ensure effective monitoring and evaluation by creating strong systems to collect and analyze all training programs delivered. Prerequisites • Required: Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree with exceptional performance as a teacher for 2-4 years • Required: Either teaching and/or curriculum development work in primary grades. • Preferred: 1-2 years of project management experience. Taking a significant piece of work from conceptualization to execution, with appropriate backward planning. The salary range for this position ranges from 7.8 - 9.45 LPA CTC, and we are dedicated to providing top-notch industry benefits.
