Job Description Responsibilities : • Institutionalizing scalable processes within a rapidly growing team in collaboration with line managers • Designing and managing evolving workflow processes to streamline operations and ensure accountability for critical deliverables • Creating and maintaining detailed process documentation and tracking adherence across a large team • Proactively identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy • Supporting the implementation of best practices and enabling learning and development initiatives within teams • Managing cross-team projects and strategic initiatives across multiple business units • Contributing to broader organizational priorities, including evaluating the effectiveness of Generative AI initiatives • Facilitating knowledge sharing and best practice exchange across global offices to foster innovation and operational excellence Required Skills['Program Management'] Additional Information Basic Qualifications • 8–15 years of experience in business management, COO office, strategy & operations, or program/project management • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse projects and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments • Experience managing teams within the financial services industry • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations with a structured and solution-oriented mindset • Strong organizational skills with proactive and clear communication in global, multicultural environments • Proven people leadership experience (hiring, coaching, and performance management) • Track record of improving processes at scale and implementing best practices across teams
