Position: Principal / Engagement Manager Location: Chennai Experience: 10+ years-18 years Key Responsibilities: • Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of the Center. • Facilitate and drive key strategic initiatives. • Coordinate and streamline executive communication. • Manage critical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. • Serve as a liaison between the Head of the Center and other executives. • Enhance organizational performance by driving continuous improvement. Experience & Education Qualifications: • Proven experience (13+ years) within technology or product development sectors. • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field & Master’s in Business Administration
