We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to spearhead our Web Fabric initiative. As Principal Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for defining architecture and scaling teams to deliver high-quality UX across products. Key responsibilities include: Owning and evolving frontend architecture and component strategy Managing frontend engineers and managers to deliver React/next.js applications Producing architecture documents and implementation plans Aligning architecture roadmaps with data, ML, and API teams Establishing frontend engineering best practices Defining KPIs for velocity, UX performance, and developer productivity Mandatory qualifications include: 6+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ in leadership managing 10+ engineers Deep experience with React, next.js, or similar modern frameworks Demonstrated success building large-scale frontend platforms Strong foundation in CI/CD automation and frontend observability Proven ability to write architecture docs and run design reviews The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation and growth within our team.
