What You'll Need: • 8 to 9 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B software. • Strong hands-on fluency with AI-powered products and how modern AI systems work. • Proven experience owning products end to end in ambiguous environments. • Strong customer instincts and comfort being customer-facing. • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically. • Clear communicator who can align teams without relying on authority. • Bias for action and comfort with scrappy execution.
