Key job responsibilities The Principal PM Will • Establish the WW program strategy for speed-policy defect discovery and elimination • Translate analytical outputs into scalable operating mechanisms • Prioritize cross-team roadmaps and ensuring long-term sustainability • Create governance structures that elevate price-defect management to an org-wide priority • Own program architecture, execution mechanisms, stakeholder alignment, change management, and global rollout, ensuring that the analytical solutions are adopted WW and delivers significant impact on customer experience and business growth. Basic Qualifications • 10+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience • 10+ years of program or project management experience • 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience • Bachelor's degree • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization Preferred Qualifications • Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality.
