We are the team building the next generation of the Oracle CX CPQ and Sales applications that are AI first Agent Driven and span across interfaces for a comprehensive and an immersive UI and a variety of other platforms with a long term vision to provide a consistent, easily customizable and a seamless engagement experience. These solutions are being built ground up and are designed to natively integrate with a contextual state of the art GenAI infrastructure The enterprise productivity landscape is changing at a rapid pace and Cloud Applications across these interfaces and platforms are becoming both a strategic and an imperative offering for many customers. Oracle CX Cloud Applications now empower enterprise Sales teams and administrators with next-generation AI-driven experiences. By integrating generative AI and intelligent agents, users benefit from intuitive, agent-driven application interfaces that understand and anticipate their needs. These intelligent, process-oriented interactions streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and enable users to make faster, more informed decisions, maximizing their effectiveness and efficiency across the enterprise. Responsibilities: As an Engineer on the team, you get to: • Innovate in niche areas such as being able to build and customize agent driven applications real time • Build on top of the state of the art contextual LLM workflows • Conversationally allow users to interact with the Oracle CX system • Add to the motivation and have a lot of fun In addition the person in this role would: • Work on the latest technologies • Make a big impact • Work with some really smart engineers • Interact with senior architects from the Oracle ecosystem Requirements: • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science • Strong programming skills – javascript, typescript, APEX, Visual Builder, redux and node • Excellent knowledge of design patterns, OO and ER modeling • Knowledge of JSON based REST APIs, OpenAPI standards, Android, Objective-C, Swift, python and java • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals including algorithms, designing ML models, data structures, databases and system concepts • Complete product development life-cycle experience with good software engineering skills. • Ability to understand business concepts and processes is a plus • Successful track record showing excellence and creativity
