A strong educational background in finance, preferably with a degree in B.Com, M.Com/MBA Finance, or CA-Inter and CMA-Inter, is highly desirable. **The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of:** Gene...va/Investran, Fund Accounting, Waterfall Calculation, Capital Markets, NAV Calculations, Management Fee, and Hedge Fund accounting. **Key Responsibilities include:** - Preparing detailed private equity investor reports, capital calls, distributions, and financial statements. - Accurately calculating management fees, investor returns, and net asset values (NAVs). - Collaborating with the investment team to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies. **Key Skills and Qualifications:** **Fundamentals:** Finance **Technical Expertise:** Private Equity, Fund Accounting, Waterfall Calculation, CAPITAL MARKETS, NAV Calculations, Management Fee, Hedge Fund accounting. **Educational Background:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. **Work Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in private equity or a related field. **Skills:** Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
