We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer to join our US Mortgage Outsourcing team. This role involves designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs for associates handling US mortgage processes. The ideal candidate will have strong process knowledge, hands-on mortgage experience, and excellent training and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Design and deliver classroom and virtual training programs for new hires and existing employees on US mortgage processes (Origination, Processing, Underwriting Support, Closing, Post-Closing, Servicing, or Title). • Develop training materials, including manuals, SOPs, presentations, quizzes, and e-learning content. • Conduct refresher and upskilling sessions to address process updates, regulatory changes, or quality gaps. • Collaborate with SMEs, Team Leads, and Managers to ensure training content is accurate and aligned with client standards.
