Role Description This full-time, on-site Procurement Assistant role is based in Bogole. The successful candidate will assist in managing procurement operations, including processing purchase orders, liaising with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Responsibilities include analyzing purchasing data, maintaining accurate procurement records, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies. Qualifications • Strong knowledge of Purchase Orders, Purchasing, and Procurement processes • Proficient Analytical Skills for evaluating vendor performance and optimizing procurement practices • Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate procurement records • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment • Basic knowledge of relevant industry practices and supply chain management • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus • Prior experience in procurement or purchasing will be considered an advantage
