As a Procurement Category Manager at a leading global organization, your role will involve managing approximately $20M in annual spend across key categories. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive category strategies aligned with business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing $20M+ in annual category spend, delivering consistent year-over-year savings of 5-10% while maintaining quality and service levels. - Leading strategic sourcing events RFx processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations. - Negotiating pricing, terms, SLAs, contract provisions. - Building strategic supplier partnerships and continuous improvement programs. - Monitoring market trends and identifying supply chain risks. Qualifications required for this role: - 7-10 years of progressive procurement experience. - Proven track record managing $15M+ annual spend. - Strong negotiation skills and analytical acumen. - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
