About the job

• *Responsibility: -** • **Sourcing & Supplier Management:** • Consolidate demand for all plants for Import Parts • **Procurement & Negotiation:** • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts to achieve best value. • Create and manage purchase orders. • Ensure Delivery Adherence as per Plan • **Logistics & Operations:** • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers ... , and logistics partners. • Arrange transport, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues. • **Compliance & Risk Management:** • Ensure adherence to all import/export laws, trade agreements, and country-specific regulations. • Handle customs declarations, HS codes, and necessary permits. • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks. • **Financial & Cost Control:** • Ensure Correct Forecasting of Currencies to mitigate losses • **Inventory & Quality:** • Work with teams to maintain optimal stock levels. • Verify purchased items meet quality standards and company specifications. *Key Skills Needed** • Strong negotiation, analytical, and email communication skills. • Attention to detail for documentation and compliance. • Problem-solving and time management. • Understanding of global trade regulations, Incoterms, and logistic
