Work you’ll do: • As a Product and Innovation Design Consultant, you will be integral to our multi-disciplinary teams. You will use your broad design expertise and creative flair to solve our clients’ complex challenges. • We are seeking designers who possess a unique blend of business strategy and design expertise. This role requires understanding the ability to apply design thinking principles to drive strategic initiatives. • The candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful design solutions that is balanced with business viability and tech feasibility. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: • Storytelling – Novel and creative approach to opportunity narratives of the present or future. • Design – UX / UI Design tool proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, others. • Innovation – Knowledge of or interest in topics of the future (e.g., Generative AI). Education: • Masters degree in Design or equivalent field • 2-4 years of experience within UX / UI, Human-Computer Interaction, applied research, or product design and research.
