This role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, and proactively guiding them towards achieving their goals through effective platform utilization. Responsibilities: - Onboard new customers. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders. - Proactively monitor customer usage patterns. - Conduct regular business reviews with customers. Qualifications: • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field • 3-4 years experience in CS or Account Management or Implementation in SaaS/Fintech.
