About the position: Product Designers play a pivotal role in multiple client projects, driving a design phase to ensure we build the right product. You will be deeply involved in every client’s engagement to design solutions that seamlessly integrate into their existing business processes and applications. Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with Product Managers to define design requirements and solutions for web-based products. • Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design strategies. • Produce UX design solutions through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards and site maps. • Design clean, intuitive interfaces following key design principles ensuring unity, emphasis, balance and good color usage. • Collaborate with Engineers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented as intended. • Enable rapid iterations of product build through wireframes, based on feedback and usability testing. • Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback on designs. • Analyze test results to identify areas for improvement. • Make design adjustments based on test findings. • Document design processes and decisions for consistency and future reference. • Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design. Required qualifications: • 4-6 year’s UI / UX design experience for web-based products. • Interest in data products & experience collaborating with engineering & project management teams. • Ability to multitask and actively prioritize tasks when working on multiple workstreams. • Proficient in prototyping & wireframing software e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, MIRO, figjam, Draw.io. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (client facing role). • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, ADOPs).
