About the job

As a Product Developer at Citigroup, you will be responsible for all activities related to the development of new products and features. This includes developing business cases, defining requirements, innovating product enhancements, and aligning with market trends and client needs. You will manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, scope product releases, track business priorities, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Create a product vision aligned with business priorities and develop a corresponding roadmap for delivery - Stay updated on market, industry, and client trends to adapt them for Citigroup's products and solutions - Coordinate the design and delivery of products or features, serving as a product ambassador within the user community - Collaborate closely with Sales, Technology, Business Managers, and senior stakeholders to meet delivery objectives - Implement a wide variety of products and solutions to meet client needs while delivering significant business results - Partner with senior business leaders and a global user community to define and implement solutions - Develop clear project plans, business requirements documents, and technical requirements for product execution - Engage with business managers, technology, and sales to understand their vision and incorporate industry trends into the product strategy - Focus on controls and governance, including security reviews, access approvals, and compliance with laws and regulations Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in product development - Proven track record of managing large and complex businesses - Intellectual curiosity, analytical thinking, and proactive approach to new opportunities - Strong financial acumen and experience in P&L management - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills - Ability to maintain client relationships, work across multiple facets of the business, and lead cross-functional initiatives - Change agent with a focus on innovation and embracing new ideas - Self-awareness, adaptability, and ability to create a future vision Education: - Bachelor's/University degree required, Master's degree preferred This job description offers an overview of the work performed as a Product Developer at Citigroup.
