Role- Acting as a link between the Research and Sales teams by executing trials and product evaluation for pipeline enhancement leading to new product advancements that generate business, providing market development support and liaison with institutions for third-party data generation, imparting training on product and product performance management. • Function-Product Development Seeds • Report ... ing to- Zonal Product Development Manager-Seeds• Experience Range: 3-8 years• Education: Postgraduate in Agriculture• Experience working with field crops across multiple geographies, particularly in mustard, cotton, millet, corn, and forage crops. Key Objectives- • Growers identification and guide them for the desired farm operations according to the requirements for trialing. • Successful In-house and sublicense trials distribution, execution as per market segment, trial evaluation (90% trials success rate) and meaningful data recording as per defined protocol and submission in the system. • Execute and drive Market Development trials • Field day, field visit, showcasing of products, technical address to a larger group, • Pre and post-crop/product season technical classroom and in-field training to sales colleagues and key advocacy growers. • Coordination with the sales team to plan market development activities • Technical representation at SAU and farmers meet, liaisoning with senior scientists and District level officials, • Participation in scientific seminars and fairs • Initiate and follow up with SAU scientists for Crystal Crop Protection Limited-sponsored product trials and reports. Desired Skills- • Good level of technical and field Agronomy knowledge about vegetable crops and flowers. • Team Player • Solution-oriented approach, • Proficiency in real-time data collection in the field • Advanced level knowledge of Excel sheets, data entry and analysis • Strong communication skills
