The Product Director will be responsible for driving the product vision and strategy, overseeing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Additional responsibilities include leading product teams, making data-driven decisions, managing key product projects, and aligning product goals with business objectives. Qualifications • Strong capabilities in Product Strategy to define and execute a clear product vision and roadmap • Proficiency in Product Management, including prioritizing features and managing product lifecycle • Exceptional Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and performance evaluation • Experience in Team Leadership and conflict resolution to guide cross-functional teams effectively • Expertise in Project Management for the successful execution of complex product initiatives • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field • Experience in the fintech or technology industry is a strong advantage
