We are hiring a full-time Product Growth Manager to join a structured SaaS operation focused on performance, retention, and scalable growth. This is a hybrid position based in Kolkata (Sector V), requiring regular in-office presence alongside remote work. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Revenue. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in SaaS environments, understands funnels and lifecycle marketing, and is comfortable owning outcomes across activation, retention, and conversion. Role Overview The Product Growth Manager will own the end-to-end user journey, aligning product development, marketing acquisition, and lifecycle communication. This role ensures that what is built, marketed, and communicated is fully aligned with user behavior, data, and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Own and optimize the full SaaS funnel: acquisition → activation → retention → expansion • Align product development, marketing, design, and email/lifecycle teams • Translate funnel and user behavior insights into clear product and UX priorities • Analyze core SaaS metrics (activation rate, retention, churn, LTV, conversion rates) • Ensure consistency between marketing promises and product experience Requirements: • Proven experience in SaaS product and growth roles • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lifecycle, and conversion optimization • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, design, and email teams • Data-driven mindset with experience making decisions from metrics • Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, fast-moving environment • Availability to work in a hybrid setup with in-office presence in Kolkata (Sector V) Work Setup: • Full-time position • Hybrid (remote + in-office) • Office location: Kolkata – Sector V
