We are hiring a full-time Product Growth Manager to join a structured Saa S operation focused on performance, retention, and scalable growth. This is a hybrid position based in Kolkata (Sector V), requiring regular in-office presence alongside remote work. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Revenue. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in SaaS environments, understands funnels and lifecycle marketing, and is comfortable owning outcomes across activation, retention, and conversion. Role Overview The Product Growth Manager will own the end-to-end user journey, aligning product development, marketing acquisition, and lifecycle communication. Key Responsibilities • Own and optimize the full SaaS funnel: acquisition → activation → retention → expansion • Align product development, marketing, design, and email/lifecycle teams • Translate funnel and user behavior insights into clear product and UX priorities • Analyze core SaaS metrics (activation rate, retention, churn, LTV, conversion rates) • Ensure consistency between marketing promises and product experience Requirements • Proven experience in SaaS product and growth roles • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lifecycle, and conversion optimization • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, design, and email teams • Data-driven mindset with experience making decisions from metrics • Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, fast-moving environment • Availability to work in a hybrid setup with in-office presence in Kolkata (Sector V).
