Job Title: Product Head – EdTech Location: Dehradun / Remote Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Head to lead our EdTech product development and strategy. The candidate must have strong knowledge of the education sector and good understanding of AI and technology. The role involves building and improving AI-powered learning products that help students learn better. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy • Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy • Identify new product opportunities in EdTech using AI and technology • Research market trends, competitors, and user needs Product Development • Manage complete product lifecycle (idea to launch) • Work closely with tech, design, marketing, and academic teams • Ensure products are delivered on time and work smoothly AI and Technology • Use AI tools for personalized learning and automation • Work with developers to implement AI features • Improve product performance using data and analytics Education Alignment • Ensure products meet student and education needs • Work with teachers and academic experts • Understand K-12, competitive exams, or online learning Team Management • Lead and manage product and tech teams • Create product workflows and documentation Required Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Technology, Engineering, or related field Experience: • 5+ years in Product Management • 2+ years in EdTech industry Must Have Knowledge: • Education systems (schools, test prep, or online learning) • AI tools (ChatGPT, AI automation, LMS, etc.) • Web and mobile product development • Basic understanding of UX/UI Preferred Skills • Experience with AI-powered EdTech products • Experience launching digital products • Strong leadership and communication skills • Problem-solving and strategic thinking
