Mission Drive the evolution of Provider Passport into a fully autonomous, self-learning platform. This role bridges visionary intent with hands-on innovation — ensuring every feature and decision moves the product closer to a self-sufficient, zero-touch system that eliminates manual human dependencies. Key Responsibilities • Translate Provider Passport’s macro vision into tangible R&D milestones. • Research and prototype AI / ML and automation frameworks to replace human workflows. • Audit proposed features for long-term relevance to the autonomy roadmap. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to rapidly test and iterate concepts. • Integrate cutting-edge tools (LLMs, agentic systems, workflow engines) that enhance autonomy. • Create and track autonomy metrics to measure platform self-sufficiency. Requirements • 3–6 years in product R&D, AI experimentation, or SaaS innovation. • Strong technical intuition across automation, AI / ML, APIs, and systems design. • Resourcefulness — able to find solutions creatively with limited guidance. • Experience building quick prototypes using low-code or Python / JS frameworks. • A hacker’s mindset with a futurist’s vision. Success Metrics • Every product update moves Provider Passport closer to full autonomy. • Manual interventions decline quarter after quarter. • Tangible R&D breakthroughs make it into production. • Automation-first thinking becomes part of the culture.
