As a Product Lead at Startologic Technologies, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge security solutions and potentially build an international career. Your role will involve identifying and implementing optimal technical solutions for key channel partners and customers in India and abroad. Responsibilities and Duties: • Analyze and understand solution requirements outlined in RFP/Tender documents and from leads provided by the sales team. • Design suitable solutions for opportunities based on technical knowledge gained from OEM training or with support from partnered OEMs. • Develop and maintain a Compliance Matrix to ensure alignment with project specifications. • Collaborate with new OEM partners to gather essential technical information. • Craft a comprehensive technical write-up for proposed solutions utilizing AI tools. • Participate in product testing alongside the support team to gain deeper technical insights. Training and Development: • Selected candidates will receive detailed technical training from technology OEM partners to excel in the electronic security industry. A two-year tenure with Startologic will equip you with the expertise needed to pursue significant career opportunities, including roles with multinational corporations outside India. Supportive Bond Policy: • Upon completion of a 3-month probationary period, you will enter a 2-year bond to ensure extensive training and hands-on experience, helping you build a strong foundation in the electronic security industry. Qualifications: • Relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply. • Bachelors degree in electronic & Telecom, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English mandatory.
