Role Description This is a full-time position for a Product Lead in the Fintech domain, based at our Ahmedabad office. The Product Lead will lead the development of fintech products using Python and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions. Responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, ensuring timely product delivery, problem-solving technical challenges, and staying updated on fintech trends and technologies. Qualifications • Proficiency in Python programming and frameworks related to fintech applications. • Experience in product development, product lifecycle management, and roadmap creation. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage and resolve technical challenges. • Knowledge in financial technology, algorithms, data analysis, and architecture design. • Leadership and communication skills to mentor team members and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. • An understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. • Experience in fintech product development or similar industries is a plus.
