Responsibilities: Define, own, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap. Lead discovery: conduct market/competitive analysis and partner closely with user research to uncover insights. Translate insights into clear product requirements, specifications, and user journeys. Own prioritization—balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Work hands-on with engineering and design to build, iterate, and launch high-quality features at speed. Drive the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely execution. Establish and track core product metrics, analyse performance, and drive continuous improvements. Lead Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives. Ensure cross-functional sync across engineering, design, marketing, and leadership. Uphold a customer-first culture and ensure every feature elevates user experience. Stay ahead of global fintech, AI, and wealth-tech trends to inform product strategy. Requirements: Strong technical foundation — BE/B.Tech or equivalent experience in high-growth tech companies. 5–8 years of product experience building and shipping top-tier consumer internet products (fintech is a strong plus). Experience owning product strategy and leading 0→1 product development cycles. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence across tech, design, and business teams. Demonstrated leadership — ability to drive cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Highly data-driven with strong comfort in analytics, behavioural insights, and hypothesis-driven iteration. Deep customer empathy with a proven track record of delivering polished, user-centric products. Proficiency with product tools like JIRA, Notion, Figma, and modern analytics platforms.
