Product Management Executive/Manager

About the job

As a Product Management Executive/Manager specialized in Livestock (Ruminants & Pet), your role will involve end-to-end brand management, product launches, field engagement, and driving business growth in alignment with company objectives. You will be responsible for building and managing brands, launching new products, driving field-level marketing initiatives, and ensuring sustainable growth of the assigned portfolio. Strong coordination with sales, distribution, and veterinary professionals will be essential to enhance market penetration and achieve business targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing brand strategies to drive market positioning and growth. - Planning and executing new product launches across different territories and ensuring achievement of business targets. - Monitoring brand performance month-on-month against company targets. - Designing and implementing cost-effective promotional materials and marketing tools to support sales objectives. - Developing media strategies and periodically reviewing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. - Planning and monitoring sales promotion campaigns and analyzing feedback for improvement. - Conducting joint field work (minimum 15 days per month) to understand market dynamics and demand trends. - Identifying market opportunities for brand expansion and territory development. - Handling Doctor interactions, CMEs, cycle meetings, and field engagements. - Training, motivating, and guiding the field force through classroom and on-the-job training. - Sending regular motivational and business update communications to field staff and business partners. - Coordinating with the Distribution department for product allocation and availability. - Ensuring alignment between supply chain and market demand to avoid stock gaps. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - 5-8 years of experience in Product Management (Livestock - Ruminants & Pet segment) - Strong brand building and product launch experience - Excellent communication and convincing skills - Multi-language proficiency preferred - Willingness to travel extensively Special Requirements: - Candidate willing to travel frequently (field working mandatory) - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills - Proven ability to drive business growth and meet targets.
