Roles & Responsibilities: • Expected to be an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in product management. • Collaborate and manage the team to ensure performance and success. • Make decisions for the team and influence key decisions within the organization. • Provide solutions to challenges for your team and across multiple teams. • Lead the development of the product vision and strategy. • Build and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders. • Provide technology solutions for product development and ensure alignment with the overall business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: • Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. • Strong understanding of product management principles. • Experience in developing and managing product roadmaps. • Knowledge of technology solutions for product development.
