Position Summary: We are looking for a Product Management Manager to join our Payer solutions team within Interoperability Zone in Chennai, where we are working to build products that facilitate seamless data exchange and collaboration between payer and provider organizations. This is an essential role that gives you the opportunity to drive and execute the product roadmap and execution of our Value Based Care strategy. Job Responsibilities: • Become a subject matter expert in customer, technology, and regulatory requirements related to healthcare data ingestion and transformation for a range of VBC use cases • Contribute to a product vision, develop business cases, ensure a product (or set of product features) meets business requirements, and drive the creation and delivery of the product • Define Features, epics and user stories - clearly articulating business requirements for the problems we’re trying to solve Typical Qualifications: • Minimum 7+ years of product management or engineering experience • Experience working with stakeholders in a business environment across cross-functional groups • Understanding product management best practices, including agile development environments.
