About the job
Product • Defining the features of the product with functions and benefits. • Localization of accessories to help cost reduction. • Optimization of features of truck to achieve competitive cost of trucks. Promotion Support marketing with technical literature, branding statements, feature-function –benefits for marketing events such as exhibitions, customer meets. Positioning • Gather market requirements and share with principal factory to help new product development. • Map product consumption pattern and maintain optimum product inventory to support right product at right time and place. Data analysis and management. • Identifying key data recurrence and creating databank. • Analysis of data internal and market data. Competitive analysis. • Maintain record of competitors Model data, which are directly in competitions with Jungheinrich Models. • Prepare Product comparison and help sales team with sales speech against competition. Sales management & Rental tools. • Pricelist of OEM products – Maintaining and timely updating. • Product technical tools: proactively self-learning and multiplication of knowledge. • Creating and maintaining Sales management tools – Pricelist, calculators, bulletins etc. Cross Functional communication. • Ensure that all stakeholders including the management and all concerned cross functions are well informed about the product or plan and all the updates so that everybody is on the same page. • Work collaboratively with the various teams in sales, After sales, marketing, support, etc and lead them to deliver a complete customer experience. Training & Development • Provide product training and refresher training of Series trucks to Sales team. • Provide all technical support to Sales team. Strategic Initiatives • Understand the company’s goal and purpose and enhance the company’s performance • Understand the market trends and support team to cope with market requirement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent
- Post graduate in Management (Advantageous)
