You will work on data-driven features that enhance decision-making, automate operational workflows, and improve visibility across a network of locations. This role focuses on applying AI meaningfully within structured operational systems — not building experimental AI tools, but shipping practical, high-impact capabilities. What You’ll Do • Define and ship AI-powered product capabilities that enhance analytics, automation, and workflow efficiency. • Translate operational data into intelligent insights and recommendations. • Partner with Engineering and Design to build scalable AI-driven features across core platform modules. • Work closely with data and integrations to ensure high-quality signal ingestion from internal and external systems. • Prioritize AI opportunities based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and business outcomes. • Establish measurable success metrics for AI features (adoption, usage depth, workflow impact). • Continuously validate real-world usage and iterate rapidly. What We’re Looking For • 3–5 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS. • Experience building data-driven, analytics, or AI-enabled product features. • Strong familiarity with APIs, third-party integrations, and structured data systems. • Ability to work across engineering, data, and UX to ship incremental improvements. • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. • Strong communication skills and structured thinking. Nice to Have • Experience working on AI-assisted workflow platforms. • Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS environments. • Experience with reporting, analytics, or operational intelligence systems.
