Product Manager – Dermatology, Endocrinology, Urology, Oncology, IV & Injectable IV Therapy / Aesthetic Medicine Portfolio Department: Product Strategy & Marketing Role Overview We are hiring a Product Manager with strong experience in dermatology, Endocrinology, Urology, Oncology, or injectables and IV therapy marketing, domain preferred whose primary responsibility Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy, Product Positioning & Lifecycle Management * Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans, product positioning strategies, and lifecycle management for dermatology, IV therapy, and injectable portfolios. * Lead brand strategy aligned with premium dermatology and aesthetics market standards. * Drive new product launch planning, go-to-market strategy, and market expansion initiatives. * Conduct global and domestic competitive benchmarking across dermatology, IV, and aesthetic injectable brands. 2. High-End Dermatology KOL & Ecosystem Development * Identify, onboard, and nurture top-tier dermatologists and aesthetic physicians as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). * Build long-term partnerships with dermatology clinics to position the brand as a trusted clinical partner rather than a transactional product supplier. * Engage KOLs in advisory boards, protocol development, scientific content creation, and educational initiatives. * Track KOL productivity, engagement quality, and long-term impact on brand credibility and growth. 3. CMEs, Medical Education & Scientific Engagement * Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality CMEs, roundtables, workshops, webinars, and closed-door scientific meetings. * Develop strong, evidence-based scientific and educational content supported by NCBI, PubMed, and recognized clinical guidelines. * Collaborate with KOLs to design treatment frameworks, infusion protocols, and best-practice guidelines for IV therapies and injectables. * Ensure all medical education and scientific activities comply with regulatory, ethical, and pharma marketing standards. 4. Visual Aids, LBLs & Doctor-Facing Brand Assets * Own the strategy, content, and creative direction for all LBLs, visual aids, brochures, and scientific literature. * Translate complex injectable science (e.g., Glutathione, NAC, Vitamin C IV injectables) into clear, persuasive, and doctor-friendly communication. * Ensure all brand assets reflect luxury aesthetics combined with clinical credibility, aligned with the brand’s global visual language. * Work closely with internal and external design teams to maintain premium dermatology branding standards. 5. Scientific & Clinical Support (Compliance-Focused) * Prepare scientifically accurate, evidence-based promotional materials with validated references. * Partner with regulatory and medical teams to ensure compliant claims, messaging, and promotional communication. * Support field and marketing teams with scientific justification for positioning and differentiation. 6. Sales & Field Force Enablement * Train field force and medical representatives on product science, KOL engagement, objection handling, and premium clinic approach. * Support field execution of LBL activities, clinic-level activations, scientific meetings, and KOL interactions. * Develop and manage sales support tools including POB cards, WhatsApp-ready PDFs, stockist cards, and sampling strategies. * Design compliant doctor, chemist, and stockist incentive programs aligned with company and regulatory guidelines. 7. Market Research, Analytics & Performance Tracking * Conduct market surveys, prescription audits, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. * Monitor product sales performance and track ROI of brand campaigns, CMEs, and KOL programs. * Analyze LBL effectiveness, KOL impact metrics, and field execution quality. * Share monthly insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations with management for continuous optimization. 8. Cross-Functional & Leadership Collaboration * Collaborate closely with supply chain, R&D, regulatory, design, sales, and medical teams to ensure seamless execution. * Work with senior management on strategic planning, portfolio expansion, and long-term brand vision. * Act as a key stakeholder in aligning medical, marketing, and commercial objectives. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Qualifications: B.Pharm / M.Pharm MBA (Marketing) 2. Experience: 3–7 years of experience in Pharma Product Management Mandatory experience in Dermatology, Endocrinology, Urology, Oncology, Injectables / IV Therapy / Aesthetic Medicine.
