Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory) Product Strategy & Roadmap: • Define and execute the local product strategy and roadmap for PLC, HMI and Servo products aligned with ABB’s global vision and local market needs • Work and synchronize with Global Product Management teams for Product Roadmap planning and execution with ramp-up and ramp-down plans for PLC, HMI & Servo products. Market Intelligence: • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the PLC, HMI & Servo products. • Analyze and identify new markets, applications and segments on granular level to grow the PLC, HMI & Servo business. Portfolio Management: • Manage the entire product lifecycle—from introduction to phase-out—ensuring profitability, competitiveness, and alignment with business goals. • Work and synchronize with Global Product Management team and R&D teams for new and existing PLC, HMI & Servo products portfolio management • New product and existing product customization requests business plan and execution, work with R&D teams for new product development or existing product feature development. Go-to-Market Planning: • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities in collaboration with marketing and sales teams. • Work closely with R&D and Global Product Management to ensure timely product launches, quality improvements, and supply continuity. • Preparation of product documentation, product presentation, training contents, website and internal tools content update. Sales Enablement: • Support the sales organization with product training, technical documentation, and value proposition development to drive customer engagement and sales growth. • Equipe sales team with the ABB products differentiators and play books for strong sales arguments. Cross-functional Collaboration: • Work closely with Operations team and Supply Chain teams to oversee inventory levels and sales volumes to ensure ability to fulfil customer orders. • Work closely with Application development teams & OEM teams to support development of packaging solutions using PLCs, HMIs & Servo products for OEMs. • Work closely with technical support teams to support customers with superior experience with pre- & post-sales. Customer Engagement • Act as a key point of contact for strategic customers, gathering insights and translating them into actionable product enhancements or new offerings. • Support the Sales & Marketing teams for presenting and participating in the Expos events and other promotional activities. Performance Monitoring: • Track product performance metrics (e.g., revenue, market share) and take corrective actions as needed to meet business targets. • Work closely with local and global product engineering teams for product failure analysis and quality improvements. Compliance & Standards: • Ensure products meet local regulatory, safety, and industry standards, and support certification processes where required. Innovation & Digitalization: • Drive innovation initiatives and explore digital solutions that enhance the value proposition of PLC and Servo offerings.
