About the role This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust background in AI, blockchain, and education technology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing e-learning products and certification programs that meet the needs of a diverse, global audience. What you will do • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals for certification and e-learning solutions. • Identify and prioritize product opportunities using market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis. • Align the certification and e-learning product roadmap with overall organizational strategy and objectives. • Lead the end-to-end development of certification programs and e-learning products from concept to launch. • Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and engineering teams to define product specifications and requirements. • Oversee the implementation of new certification features, e-learning tools, and content that meet industry standards and learner needs. • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in AI, blockchain, and certification markets. • Analyze learner feedback and performance data to improve certifications and e-learning content. • Monitor competitor offerings and strategies to maintain market competitiveness and innovation. • Partner with marketing to design and execute go-to-market strategies for certification and e-learning products. • Support the sales team with product training and resources to effectively promote certification offerings. • Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve product issues and enhance the learner experience. • Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate product success and impact. • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize product performance and decision-making. • Lead and mentor a high-performing product team focused on certification and e-learning innovation. • Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and advancements in AI, blockchain, and digital learn • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Education Technology, Business Administration). An MBA or advanced degree in a technical or educational field is a plus. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in AI, blockchain, certification programs, or e-learning product development is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of AI, blockchain, and e-learning technologies. Ability to work closely with engineering and instructional design teams. • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction in certification and e-learning. • Experience building and leading cross-functional teams. Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their best work. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and measure success. • Deep understanding of learner needs and the ability to translate them into certification and e-learning features and solutions. • In-depth knowledge of the AI, blockchain, certification, and e-learning industries, including trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
