Key Requirements : 3-5 years on Product Management & MBA from top schools IIMs, ISB, FMS, MDI, etc. with a technical background preferred. • Hands-on experience in CRM systems and Bots (Voice, Chat, Email). • Expertise in managing requirements, reports , and end-to-end project delivery . • Basic understanding of Scrum & Agile methodologies . • Familiarity with APIs and ability to query databases when needed. • Capable of handling 8–10 parallel project tracks efficiently. • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage stakeholders and timelines.
