Job Description for Product Manager for Enterprise Applications About Us: Join our innovative healthcare CRO/Biotech company where we integrate cutting-edge technology and scientific breakthroughs to transform healthcare. As part of our Global IT Team, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager for various IT Projects for Enterprise Applications on Azure and SAAS environments, with expertise in Product Ownership for IT Projects, working with business leaders and gathering the requirements, elaborating for it for the development work, managing releases, planning development timelines our development processes, and managing after release feedback and issues handling. Product Manager, Enterprise Products Responsibilities: Discuss and Translate business needs and requirements into a compelling application vision, strategy, and roadmap in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals. To achieve the goal work with development teams and other cross-functional colleagues, while maintaining team health Deeply understand Cytel’s Enterprise Application needs to inform your product strategy and tactics. Define key metrics that determine the success of your application and develop a deep understanding of your application’s performance. Experience in using Agile project management and tracking progress. Good documentation processes in Jira and Confluence Release planning and following the timelines. After release collecting feedback and issues tracking and solving Good understanding and experience of Azure Infra and applications deployment in Azure as SAAS, PAAS etc. Minimum Qualifications: • 10+ years’ experience in a product management role or relevant experience • Experience of going through a full product cycle, from crafting well researched product roadmaps and prioritization to launch and post launch execution. • Experience in delivering products with cross-functional teams. • Experience in producing convincing product narratives for executive and cross-functional audiences. • Great attention to detail coupled with the experience of seeing the bigger picture to create extreme clarity for the team and your partners. • Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field) Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working and influencing effectively cross-functionally and building relationships across teams, including with people outside the direct reporting chain and senior executives. • Experience in in development Application in Azure environment, use of DevOps • Knowledge of Privacy regulations and compliance approaches • Background in security-focused products (e.g. identity management, provisioning, observability) • Experience developing enterprise software, technologies and platforms. • Experience driving innovation in scaled environments.
