About the job

Responsibilities: ● Build a Roadmap for Capital Market products focusing on all financial services-related products and define the initiatives while discussing with key stakeholders. ● Prioritize developments and evaluate basic proper product management prioritization frameworks including various API integrations. ● Lead a team of Product Managers, Designers, QA, and engineers to collaborate on theorganization's vision for the product. ● Collaborate on various audits including but not limited to SEBI, RBI, Internal Audits,etc. ● Understand and break down the problem statement for easy communication withengineers. ● Ensuring no conflict of interest as this role also has indirect reporting of Engineers. ● Keep a close eye on competitors and define the product roadmap, improvements, andinitiatives accordingly with teams. ● Closely work with the Sales and partnership teams to understand the client requirementsand explore possible synergies. ● Drive the GTM strategy for new releases in conjunction with sales and marketing. ● Drive all aspects of product be it Product Designing, Product innovation, productLaunch, Product branding. Experience: ● Overall 8+ years of experience in Product management roles in the Capital market or Payments/UPI Domain. ● 5+ years as Manager in the Product domain. ● Team management experience of at least 5 years. ● Should have a decent understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements forCapital Market Product. ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. ● Self-starter who can execute in a fast-paced environment. ● Ability to work collaboratively in an environment that promotes constant teamcommunication.
