As a Product Manager at GEMGEM, it's a pivotal role in defining and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our products. You will serve as the crucial link between cross-functional teams, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations, ensuring the delivery of innovative, customer-centric solutions that align with our business goals. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, technical acumen, and a relentless focus on user experience. Requirements: 1. Soft Skills: - Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and company priorities. - Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality product delivery. 2. Professional Experience: - Minimum 5 + years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace platforms. - Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle. - Experience in the jewellery industry is an advantage but not a necessity. 3.
