Role Overview We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team for a new JV initiative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, driving execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of B2B SaaS products by working closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Work closely with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, business, QA) to ensure the successful delivery and launch of products and updates. • Define product vision, strategy, and develop clear product roadmaps aligned with business goals. • Translate business requirements into well-defined product requirements and user stories. • Gather, analyze, and act upon market insights, customer feedback, and usage data to refine product features and user experience. • Monitor product performance metrics and continuously identify areas for improvement. • Act as the product owner within Agile/Scrum teams and drive sprint planning, reviews, and backlog prioritization. Required Skills & Experience • 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS software products. • Strong technology exposure with hands-on understanding of one or more of the following stacks: Java, Node.js, .NET / DotNet. • Experience working closely with engineering teams on scalable, enterprise-grade applications. • Scrum Certification (CSM / PSM or equivalent) – Good to have. • Proven experience in Agile/Scrum product development environments. • Hands-on experience with project management and product tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello (mandatory). • Strong understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle. Education • B.Tech / BCA (mandatory) • MBA – Preferred Preferred Background • Candidates from Tier‑1 colleges. • Experience working with Tier‑1 companies. • Prior exposure to startup or JV environments will be an added advantage.
