📢 We're Hiring | Product Manager – EdTech Platform Location: Hyderabad Industry: Education / EdTech Experience: 3–8 Years in Product Management Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and execution-driven Product Manager to lead and manage our Learning Management System (LMS) and related digital platforms. The ideal candidate will drive product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our platforms deliver a smooth and engaging learning experience for students and instructors. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and education, and works closely with senior leadership to shape and execute the product vision. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage the product roadmap, feature planning, and release timelines for the LMS - Collaborate with developers, designers, marketing, and operations teams to deliver product improvements - Coordinate development cycles and ensure smooth execution of product updates and new features - Track and analyze key platform metrics such as student engagement, usability, and course completion rates - Manage and optimize landing pages, websites, and student acquisition journeys - Convert business requirements into clear product specifications and actionable tasks for teams - Gather feedback from users to continuously enhance the learning experience - Work closely with the marketing team on campaign pages and lead conversion flows - Ensure timely delivery of features and maintain consistent progress across initiatives - Share product updates, insights, and improvement plans with leadership Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong product thinking with the ability to balance user needs and business goals - Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing - Ability to plan and manage product development cycles effectively - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret platform data and guide decisions - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Notion, ClickUp, or Trello - Understanding of student acquisition funnels, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking Eligibility Criteria: - Graduation in any discipline - 3–8 years of experience in Product Management or a closely related role - Experience with LMS platforms or in the Education sector will be an advantage Salary & Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership - High-impact role with direct ownership of a platform used by thousands of students
