About IDfy: IDfy’s platform powers real-time decisioning, fraud detection, and risk measurement for India’s leading banks, lenders, fintechs, and enterprises. We are looking for a Product Manager who loves data, understands risk, is comfortable with the world of LLMs and can translate customer problems into scalable intelligence products. This role sits at the intersection of data science, AI-native platform design, and risk quantification. What all you will be doing (along with % contribution) 1. Product Strategy & Vision (10%) • Define and evolve product vision around risk scoring, anomaly detection, behavioural insights, and transaction-level intelligence. • Identify new market opportunities across lending, insurance, fintech, and other use cases BFSI. • Drive competitive benchmarking and maintain strong understanding of evolving regulations and fraud patterns. 2. Customer & Market Discovery (10%) • Deeply understand customer workflows for underwriting, risk ops, fraud investigations, and compliance. • Conduct discovery calls, PoC cycles, and co-creation sessions with key clients. • Translate customer pain points into actionable product requirements and clear problem statements. 3. Data-Centric Product Development (30%) • Work closely with engineering and data science teams to develop: feature pipelines & run sharp prioritization, Risk & fraud signals, decisioning models. • Identify new data sources and proxy data points to strengthen risk & fraud signals. • Define measurable KPIs like model lift, precision/recall, decisioning latency, hit rate, and data coverage and set target thresholds and governance around it. 4. AI Native Platform Delivery (30%) • Drive design and evolution of AI-native risk platforms, thinking and validating various user journeys. • Own the API contracts, SDKs, dashboards, and workflow tooling. • Prioritize reliability, scale, and performance for high-volume transaction environments. 5. Go-to-Market & Adoption (20%) • Partner with sales, solutions, and customer success to craft positioning, pricing, and packaging. • Create collateral—problem statements, value propositions, solution narratives, and ROI models. • Track adoption metrics and iterate based on usage data and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years in Product Management
  • Strong understanding of model performance measurement
  • Experience with data pipelines
