Role Overview We are looking for a Product Manager who has worked in SaaS or software product-based companies, understands cloud environments, and actively uses AI tools to improve product decisions and execution. This role requires someone who can own the product end-to-end, from idea to launch and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Own the product lifecycle: planning, development, ... launch, and iteration • Define product requirements (PRDs) and clear user stories • Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams • Understand customer needs and translate them into product features • Manage and prioritize the product roadmap • Track product performance using data and analytics • Drive feature releases and improvements based on feedback • Ensure smooth coordination between tech and business teams • Work with cloud-based systems and understand product architecture basics • Use AI tools for research, documentation, analysis, and productivity Required Skills • Experience in SaaS or software product companies (must) • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure basics) • Hands-on usage of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.) • Ability to write clear PRDs and user stories • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Good communication and stakeholder management • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and product workflows • Data-driven thinking (metrics, dashboards, user behavior) Must Have • Experience with B2B SaaS products • Exposure to analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude) • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Candidate Profile • 2–5 years of relevant product management experience • Has worked in fast-paced product environments • Self-driven and able to take ownership without constant guidance • Comfortable working with ambiguity and solving real problems Key Outcome Expectations • Deliver features on time with clear impact • Improve user experience and product adoption • Make data-backed product decisions • Drive measurable product growth
