We operate a dual-portfolio U.S. cannabis business: • THC portfolio with licensed cultivation and wholesale operations in Oklahoma and California • THCA portfolio based in Texas, supporting compliant distribution and national shipping Beyond products, Passion Farms is actively building a technology-driven operating platform across ERP, inventory, compliance, CRM, sales, marketing, and data. Our Bangalore-based product, engineering, and operations team—recruited and managed through Skilligent—builds the systems that power our U.S. business. ⭐ About This Role We are hiring a Product Manager to lead the definition, execution, and evolution of the internal and external tech platforms powering Passion Farms’ THC and THCA operations. This is a hands-on product role, not a ceremonial one. You will work closely with engineering, operations, finance, sales, and marketing to turn real business problems into scalable product solutions. No cannabis is handled in India. All work supports software and systems for U.S. legal markets. ⭐ Our Tech Development Plan (Context for This Role) The platform you will help manage includes: • ERP and inventory systems across THC & THCA • CRM and sales pipeline tooling • Marketing data pipelines (paid + SEO + attribution) • Compliance-driven workflows and audit trails • Marketplace-style catalog and buyer journeys • Dashboards and reporting for leadership decision-making • Automation between marketing, sales, finance, and ops This role ensures clarity, prioritization, and delivery across that roadmap. ⭐ Core Responsibilities Product Ownership • Own product roadmaps across internal tools and platforms • Translate business needs into clear product requirements • Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Prioritize features based on impact, risk, and effort • Balance short-term operational needs with long-term platform vision Cross-Functional Leadership • Work closely with engineering (Node.js, DevOps, ERP) • Partner with operations, finance, sales, and marketing • Gather requirements directly from end users • Ask the right questions to uncover root problems • Ensure alignment between U.S. leadership and India execution teams Delivery & Systems Thinking • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery cadence • Ensure features ship cleanly, on time, and with accountability • Maintain product documentation and decision logs • Think in workflows, data flows, and system dependencies • Design with compliance, auditability, and scalability in mind 🧠 Skills We’re Looking For • Strong experience as a Product Manager (B2B, SaaS, ERP, or platforms) • Ability to work deeply with engineers and technical systems • Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder products • Strong communication and documentation skills • Comfort operating in regulated or high-risk environments • Ability to manage ambiguity and incomplete information • Excellent written and spoken English • Ability to work partial U.S. Central Time hours • Own laptop, reliable internet, and personal work setup 🧭 Cannabis & Category Understanding (Required) You must understand that cannabis technology is not generic SaaS.
