About the job

As a Product Manager reporting to Founders, your role is crucial in building products for factories to enhance their Customer Retention on the platform and drive the Customer Retention Metric at both Platform and Factory levels. Your responsibilities include: - Improving Product Discovery on the Retailer App to boost new retailer Acquisitions for factories - Driving the execution of all product lifecycle processes to foster the growth of Factory Distribution product - Assessing competitor offerings for differentiation opportunities - Analyzing consumer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships for ROI perspective - Creating product strategy documents with business cases, technical requirements, and revenue analysis - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for product development, QA, and successful product launch - Appraising new product ideas and devising appropriate to-market strategies Key requirements for this role include: - Being an Engineering or MBA graduate from a reputed university - Having 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer and/or b2b startups at scale - Demonstrating expertise in identifying business opportunities, building product strategies, and influencing multi-year roadmaps - Understanding core technologies in the product domain and evaluating technical alternatives - Proficiency in acquisition and retention funnels - Ability to thrive in fast-paced and unstructured environments, with a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset - Hands-on experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, data analytics, and user research - Understanding of complex and scalable technical architecture for web and mobile applications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving product innovation and growth for factories, ensuring success for the entire organization.
