Product Manager

About the job

We’re seeking product managers who have experience in product management ideally in a high-growth consumer startup, large scale SaaS company, or a AdTech/MarTech company. You’ll be part of our growth team (marketing, product, and creative), and you’ll be responsible for working closely with our leadership team to build and manage products to support our growth initiatives, take lead on identifying and launching new growth initiatives, and grow existing products. You’ll be required to operate with a high level of agency, urgency, and accountability to meet ambitious targets in a fast-paced startup environment. This is the perfect role for performance-oriented professionals with a high ceiling for growth and rewards. Key Responsibilities: • Work Closely with Leadership to Create & Manage Product Roadmaps & PRDs. • Help create and manage extensive product roadmaps and PRDs in very close coordination with leadership and other stakeholders. • Run sophisticated brainstorming sessions, and translate those sessions into roadmaps and RPDs. • Build & Manage Products - Help build and manage consumer and business products with a heavy focus on a documentation and analytics-driven process. • Execute A Sophisticated Analytics Process - Conduct a high-quality, in-depth analysis process to monitor and improve performance. • Take Ownership of Products, Marketing Channels & Growth Initiatives - Work with our leadership team to set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and ensure you're meeting those goals. • Launch & Manage New Products, Marketing Channels & Growth Initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to design and execute new data-driven marketing strategies and growth initiatives. • Support Growth Team with Product Support - Work closely with marketing, product and creative teams to help launch, report on, and analyze marketing, product and creative projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in analytics, data science, economics
• 3–5 Years of experience
