Job Summary: As a Product Manager at Ridein Technologies, Inc you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful development and launch of our products. With a keen understanding of market trends, customer needs, and industry dynamics, you will be responsible for guiding the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. Responsibilities: • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning them with the overall company goals and market trends. • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify new opportunities, market gaps, and potential enhancements for existing products. • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and functionalities based on business impact and customer value. • Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications to guide the development team during the product development process. • Work closely with designers and engineers to ensure the product is developed with a focus on user experience, performance, and scalability. • Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to keep our products ahead of the competition. • Define and track key product metrics to measure the success and impact of the product in the market. • Manage the product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for product launches. • Act as the subject matter expert for the product, providing support to sales, marketing, and customer support teams as needed. • Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct usability testing, and iterate on the product based on user insights. • Identify and resolve product-related issues and challenges, making data-driven decisions to improve the product's performance and user satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly if the product operates in regulated markets. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a minimum 7 of years of experience in product management. • Solid understanding of product development methodologies, product lifecycle, and agile development practices. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority, driving alignment and successful product execution. • A customer-centric mindset with a keen understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. • Experience in industry/sector is a plus but not mandatory. • Knowledge of product management tools and software is advantageous. • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
