Product Manager

About the job

As a Product Manager (PM), you will be responsible for defining and delivering on the winning Product strategy and key product features. You will work closely with the CEO, GM, sales, customer success, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams to provide direction, guidance, and support. Specific responsibilities: • Manage product roadmap, executing current priorities while supporting future strategy planning. • Collaborate with customers/internal users to understand new requirements and enable customer success teams for enhanced service. • Conduct market assessments, user interviews, and testing. • Produce high-quality documentation of product capabilities. • Write user stories and conduct grooming sessions. • Prioritize and track progress to deliver a high-quality experience to customers. • Define and track quarterly goals for the Squad. • Track usage to identify opportunities for improvement. • Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure delivery commitment with quality. • Make objective arguments to influence stakeholders. • Provide regular updates to stakeholders to align squad initiatives with the organization's priorities. Requirements, experience, and skills: • Proven experience of at least 6 years as a Product manager. • Solid understanding of agile practices. • Experience working in a SaaS company coupled with an understanding of typical processes. • Relocation to Budapest, Hungary for 1 year needed. • Background in CAD softwares (especially Revit/AutoCAD) is a huge plus. • Experience in designing client-side desktop applications.
