About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 10 The Team: The Content Platform Product team is part of the Digital Product Management team in Global Energy. The team are a creative, agile groups of experts who collaborate with commodity vertical product managers, and content creators including news, pricing, research, and analytics teams. Together with our business and technical stakeholders ... we innovate and building content management platforms for our Global Energy. The team provides opportunities for ownership of processes and deliverables and exposure to Global Energy technologies, products, and stakeholders allowing for professional and personal growth. Responsibilities and Impact: You have a passion for "getting things done" with highest standards. You can interact with stakeholders from different background (product, technology, operations, business users), you can understand different perspectives and have strong stakeholder management skills. You have good analytical and problem-solving skill and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to deliver creative yet pragmatic solutions. You are naturally curious with a passion for discovering and implementing modern/innovative technology. Collaboration • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders, addressing their needs and maintaining a high level of user satisfaction. • Collaborate with internal business to understand user needs and partner with technical stakeholders to find solutions to meet the business needs. Product Life Cycle • Own the execution of roadmaps for a mix of existing and new applications and processes. • Own product delivery across the product life cycle and contribute to the Product Governance and Prioritization process every cycle. • Using your technical & project skills to write & refine user stories, manage a backlog and understand priorities and dependencies within agile methodology. • Serve as a subject matter expert on the capabilities of the content platform applications. • Leading meetings, and demos to report, share and demonstrate ideas, findings and deliverables. • Assist team members with workflow diagramming; writing specifications, user guides, training materials and release notes; writing, refining and grooming achievable business-acceptable user stories; and maintaining application roadmaps, release schedules and the backlog of enhancements and features. What we are looking for: Basic Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required. • 5+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis or product management, particularly in application or platform delivery using Agile and a highly motivated team player. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate strong collaboration skills with a diverse set of stakeholders, partners and users. • Exceptional problem solving, analytical and conceptual thinking skills and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. • Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills and ability to support multiple projects in parallel without guidance. • Self-driven and able to work independently while contributing to overall team culture and deliverables, exercising good judgment to respond to needs appropriately and timely. • Comfortable to work as per EMEA/UK Shift. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with data analysis and visualization. • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Dev/Ops or similar Agile toolsets. • Familiarity with current informational publishing technologies or content management systems (XML, Adobe tools, DRM, CMS). • Working with user experience designers or tools to deliver end-user focused benefits realization.
