Role Overview Drive the development and management of the product portfolio across pharmaceutical and critical care segments by identifying market needs, sourcing high-demand products, and ensuring strong positioning in hospital and institutional markets. The role focuses on product selection, vendor management, pricing strategy, and enabling the sales team with competitive and compliant offerings. Key Responsibilities • Define and manage product portfolio strategy across pharma and critical care segments • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new products including ICU drugs, life-saving medicines, and critical care consumables • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy • Manage vendor relationships, sourcing, and commercial negotiations • Ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and documentation standards • Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive product adoption in hospitals • Support tender submissions with product specifications and technical documentation • Monitor product performance, margins, and lifecycle optimization Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s Degree (Pharma / Life Sciences preferred; MBA is a plus) • 3–6 years of experience in pharma, critical care, or healthcare product management • Strong knowledge of ICU drugs, critical care products, and hospital supply chains • Experience in vendor management, sourcing, and product lifecycle management • Understanding of hospital procurement and tender-based business • Exposure to pricing strategies and margin management Skills • Product strategy & market understanding • Analytical and data-driven decision making • Vendor negotiation & stakeholder management • Cross-functional collaboration • Attention to detail and execution focus Additional Requirements • Willingness to travel for vendor meetings and market visits • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
