Design, execute, and iterate on rapid experiments to test hypotheses and drive growth. Own key product metrics from conception to execution, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver impactful features on time. Translate complex user needs into clear product vision, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs. Requirements if you have 5-8 years of Product Management experience. Demonstrated ability to lead product initiatives from concept to launch in emotionally complex or user-centric spaces. Strong analytical mindset with experience in defining, tracking, and owning key performance metrics. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority. Comfortable operating in ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete data, and iterating quickly. Experience with user research, experimentation frameworks, and agile product development methodologies.
