Role Overview The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product solutions. Key Skills & Requirements • Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development • Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder coordination skills • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation • Good understanding of system architecture (APIs, databases, and mobile applications) • Experience working with NGOs, government agencies, or social sector programs (preferred) Initial 2 weeks onboarding in Trivandrum Post onboarding, work from Delhi Travel to Trivandrum required as needed
